Shooting At An Occupied Vehicle, Assault: San Bruno Police Announce Arrest, Charges Following April Shooting Investigation
BREAKING: Among other things, the suspect is accused of shooting at an occupied vehicle.

SAN BRUNO, CA – A 20-year-old man was arrested Friday, after allegedly firing several gunshots in a San Bruno neighborhood one morning in late April, according to police. Police said officers responded on April 22 to the 400 block of San Mateo Avenue just after 1:30 a.m. on reports of gunshots being heard. According to police, no injuries were reported and the suspect fled prior to officers arriving.
"A subsequent investigation revealed the identity of the subject who had fired the shots and a warrant was sought and obtained for his arrest," SBPD Lt. Troy Fry said in a news release. "On Friday, May 5, 2017 at approximately 5:02 a.m. [o]fficers with the Investigative Services Section of the San Bruno Police Department located and arrested the suspect on Muirfield Circle in San Bruno."
Twenty-year-old Lylebyron Poblete of San Bruno was booked into the San Mateo County Jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, negligent discharge of a firearm and shooting at an occupied vehicle, according to Fry. Jail records indicate that bail was set at $200,000.
