The current show at the Society of Western Artists Fine Art Center, 527 San Mateo Ave., San Bruno and runs until June 1, 2018. Please check our website for directions at www.societyofwesternartists.com. The Center is

open Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. A reception will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018, from 1:00-2:30 pm.

Judges were Doris Guzman, Yvonne Newhouse and Anneliese Drbal.

Representational awards went to Laurie Rodriguez for her first place oil “Denali, to Sherry Vockel for her second place watercolor “Beagle Beauty”, and to Diana Day Glynn for her third place watercolor “Anshu’s Tulips.

Honorable mention went to Deepali Kapatkar for her oil “Baylands.”

Jacquelyn Gray was awarded first place for her non-representational acrylic “Branching out.”
