Support Troops by Donating Your Unused Phones in San Mateo
Phones can be donated to 'Cell Phones For Soldiers' at several locations throughout the Bay Area.

Have a cellular phone you don’t need anymore? Drop it off in San Mateo to help troops keep in touch with friends and family while deployed.
Cell Phones For Soldiers is a non-profit organization that helps provide active-duty military personnel and veterans the means to keep in touch with friends and family for free. They work with various organizations across the Bay Area where you can drop of your old phones, which they in turn recycle.
“Used mobile phones from all service providers are accepted,” according to the organization’s website. “Each $5 contribution, or donated device valued at $5, will provide troops with 2.5 hours of FREE talk time.”
