Suspected San Bruno Thieves Nabbed by Neighboring Law Enforcement Agency

SAN BRUNO, CA – Two suspects were arrested last week in connection with a vehicle burglary in San Bruno.

Josenico Delossantos, 26, of South San Francisco, and Victory Mangawang, 41, of Richmond, were arrested Nov. 7 on suspicion of vehicle burglary, grand theft, identity theft and probation violation, according to the San Bruno Police Department.

On Monday at 4:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a vehicle burglary that had occurred in the 700 block of Masson Avenue in San Bruno.

Later that evening, investigators learned the Palo Alto Police Department had encountered two subjects who were in possession of several items taken during the burglary, police said.

San Bruno police went to Palo Alto and arrested the two suspects.
