City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure. You may address any agenda item by standing at the microphone until recognized by the Council. All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel I and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. Video recordings of meetings are on our website at www.sar,bruno.ca.ciov and CD's are available at the Library. - APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Special and Regular City Council Meetings of July 25, 2017 and Special Council Meeting of August 16, 2017,
- CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and maybe enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion, unless requested.
- Approve: Accounts Payable of July 24 and 31, August 7 and 14, 2017.
- Approve: Payroll of July 14, 2017.
- Accept: Reconciliation of General Ledger to Bank Reports and Investment Reports Dated June 30, 2017.
- Accept: Resignations from a Member of the Community Preparedness Committee, Culture & Arts Commission and a Planning Commissioner, Declare Vacancies and Direct the City Clerk to Post the Vacancies in Accordance with State Law.
- Receive: Report on Status of Local Emergency Related to the Truck Collision at the Senior Center and Continuing Declaration of Local Emergency.
- Adopt: Resolution Approving the Installation of Blue Curb Striping in Front of 1600 Santa Lucia Avenue, Red Curb Striping at the Intersection of San Mateo Avenue / Kains Avenue, Red Curb Striping on Linden Avenue near the City Hall Fire Station, Red Curb Striping on Linden Avenue near the City Hall Parking Lot, and Red Curb Striping on Shelter Creek Lane near SFPUC Electrical Equipment Cabinet.

9. PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA:
Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes, It is the Council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.
10. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
- Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Elite Landscape Construction, Inc., in the Amount of $1,047,550 for the Crestmoor Neighborhood Reconstruction - Earl Glenview Park Project; Approving a Construction Contingency of $157,133; and, Approving a Total Project Budget of $1,411,378.
- Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Star Construction, Inc. for the Florida Avenue Park Project in the Amount of $949,515; Execute a Contract for Construction Management Services with Anchor Construction Management in an Amount Not to Exceed $49,460; Approving a Construction Contingency of $142,427; Appropriating $348,432 in Additional Funding from the General Fund Capital Reserve; and, Approving a Total Budget in the Amount of $1,323,432.
- Receive Report and Provide Direction Regarding Amendments to San Bruno Municipal Code Chapter 7.24 (Restricted Street Use) Oversized Vehicles.
- Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Four-Year Contract with West Coast Arborist, Inc. for Annual Pruning and Pollarding of Street Trees in an Amount of $677,586.
- Adopt Resolution Rejecting Bid and Authorizing Staff to Procure Contractor Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20167 for the Pedestrian Crosswalk Enhancement Project.
- Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with Telecommunications Engineering Associates (TEA) in an Amount Not to Exceed $60,000 for Fire Station Alerting System Hardware, Software and Service.
- Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Harty Pipelines, Inc. for the Crestmoor Canyon Sewer Replacement Project in the Amount of $244,680, Approving a Construction Contingency of $50,000 and a Total Project Budget in the Amount of $331,380.
