Victim ID'd in Deadly San Bruno Crash
Police say the person died after being struck by a car. (breaking)

SAN BRUNO, CA β Officials on Wednesday publicly identified a man who was killed over the weekend while trying to cross a Peninsula thoroughfare on foot.
According to the San Francisco Medical Examiner's Office, 55-year-old Michael Ingram died at the hospital following the Saturday night incident. Ingram was a resident of San Francisco.
San Bruno police reported the man was hit about 8 p.m. in the 1100 block of El Camino Real. Upon arrival, officers found the pedestrian lying in the roadway, on El Camino Real just south of Commodore Drive, across from The Shops at Tanforan mall.

Investigators determined the pedestrian was crossing El Camino Real outside of the crosswalk, when a vehicle struck them. The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene, police said.
