Council Talks High Speed Rail, Plastic Bag Ban, Fire Services at Tonight's Meeting

The San Carlos City Council will meet tonight on some f the most important issues facing the city.

The San Carlos City Council will reconvene tonight at 6 p.m. to discuss High-Speed Rail, a potential shared fire station with Redwood City and the County, mid-year budget adjustments, and the Polystyrene food container ban

  • Study Session - High Speed Rail, Blended Operations and CalTrain Electrification - Special Meeting at 6:00 p.m. - 
  • Library Interior Renovation - Approval of Design & Budget
  • Polystyrene Food Container Ban - Introduction of Ordinance 1442 - Effective on July 1, 2012 
  • Cellular Antenna - Consider Conditional Use Permit & Architectural Review Permitting a Monopine Antenna & Associated Equipment at 260 Shelford Avenue
  • Shared Fire Department Services - Discussion of Sharing Fire Stations with Redwood City & San Mateo County
  • 2011-12 City Budget - Consideration of Mid Year Budget Adjustments 

 

The council meetings take place inside City Hall located at 600 Elm Street. Come join Mayor Andy Klein, Vice-Mayor Matt Grocott, Mark Olbert, Ron Collins, and Bob Grassilli for this very important meeting.
