'Cuts For A Cure' To Benefit Fight Against Lung Cancer

Hairdressers in San Carlos are sharpening their shears this month and setting out to raise money for a cure for lung cancer through its Cuts For A Cure program.

For the entire month of August, two stylists at the located at 1216 El Camino Real in San Carlos are giving half of their proceeds from new clients to the Bonnie J. Addario Lung Cancer Foundation.

Women’s cuts with Rachel Laughton will take place Tuesdays from 10 a.m.  to 4 p.m. and men’s cuts are scheduled with Gerry Lewis on Saturdays and Sundays, 10-4 p.m. and noon to 4 p.m., respectively.
