The public is invited and encouraged to attend a joint meeting of representatives from the City of San Carlos and the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District to discuss a proposal to create a trail access point at the foot of Los Vientos Way.
The meeting will be conducted "on-site" at the proposed access gate leading to the Pulgas Ridge Open Space, located where Los Vientos dead-ends. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 28 at 5:30pm. This meeting is open to the public.
