Transit Village on Tonight's City Council Agenda

The San Carlos City Council will meet Monday, Dec. 10 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 600 Elm St. Agenda items include:

1. San Carlos Transit Village - Proclamation Recommendation of Planning Commission to approve Improvement Measures for Entitlement Phase
2. Mosquito District Board - Reappoint Betsey Schneider as the City's representative
3. East Side Connect - Project update by Public Works Director
4. Solid Waste Rates - Public Hearing Pursuant to Prop 218 & Approval of Resolution Adopting 2013 Solid Waste Rates
5. City Attorney - Amend compensation provisions of City Attorney contract: 2% increase in hourly rate, 2% increase in monthly retainer
