City Council meetings have been reopened to the public and citizens are once again able to present their comments/documents to the Council in person. Consequently, the public comment portal, which was established as a temporary repository for public comments during the Covid-19 quarantine period, is no longer operational and Staff will no longer read public comments at Council meetings. If a disability impedes your access to the meeting, please see the last page of this agenda under the portion entitled “Americans with Disabilities Act”.

Persons attending meetings are required to wear masks and to observe social distancing protocols.
