San Clemente, California… The Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA) is conducting a survey to gage and assess the attitude of community members towards a possible COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available. OCHCA will utilize survey results to understand and plan for the distribution of a future vaccine, upon availability. All responses are anonymous and confidential; you do not need to give your name or any other identifying information. OCHCA requests that individuals only complete the survey once.
