Today, Orange County qualified to move into the next tier (Red) in the state's reopening plan, "Blueprint for a Safer Economy."

Today, Orange County qualified to move into the next tier (Red) in the state’s reopening plan, “Blueprint for a Safer Economy.” This means that that some business activities will be able to resume in a limited way indoors. For instance, restaurants may now utilize 25% of their indoor capacity, and personal services such as massage can resume indoors with modifications.
