Governor Newsom announced today (8/28/2020) the new reopening framework for California Counties: “Blueprint for a Safer Economy.” Based on the statistics of new cases and positivity rate in testing, a County can move forward in the 4 stages. Orange County is currently in the first tier (“Widespread”). You can find specific information on which business sectors are open by following the link below. The state has authorized salons and barbershops to resume indoor operations; the related guidelines can be found from the same link.
