February 23, 2021…San Clemente, California…The City of San Clemente is in the process of updating the General Plan Housing Element for the 2021 - 2029 planning period and the Safety Element and wants to hear from you.

The City has posted a survey about where we could potentially plan for housing. Potential locations are throughout the City and several opportunities include existing commercial properties. Please complete our survey to provide your input. Should we plan for more or less housing? Are there other areas of the City where we could consider planning for housing?
