Solid Waste and Recycling Services Hours and Customer Service Call Back Option

8/27/2020…San Clemente, California…CR&R, the City’s solid waste and recycling service provider, is committed to continuing to provide these essential services. However, due to the recent increase in positive COVID-19 cases, their Orange County operations have been affected.

CR&R has had to modify routes, which requires working throughout the City outside of normal operating hours, sometimes working as late as 8:00 PM to finish servicing all commercial and residential customers. If one of your carts or bins was not serviced during your regularly scheduled date, please call CR&R at 877-728-0446 to report the missed pick up.

Also, due to long wait times when calling CR&R customer service, you have an option to allow customer service to call you back if you do not wish to wait for the next available representative. This feature is available up to 4pm each day to allow time to complete all return calls in the same day.

We ask for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. Please stay safe and know that your trash and recyclable materials will be serviced and that CR&R is available to assist with your service needs.
