That recipe is delivering some fairly soft and broken-up lines, with a few rippable shoulders. Most spots in San Clemente are seeing knee- to stomach-high waves, with the focal points pulling some chest-high sets.
At 6:31 this morning the tide climbed up to a 3.9 high and then drops to a 0.7 low at 12:48 this afternoon. If you're going to grab a session, then throw on a 3/2 fullsuit, with the water temperature averaging between 58 and 60 degrees.
