The conditions are starting off nice and glassy, with a very minimal dose of energy. There's a combination of mainly super small south southwest swell and maybe a smidgen of northwest energy in the water.
That recipe is providing some soft sectiony lines, with a few workable ones on a log. Most spots in San Clemente are running about ankle- to knee-high, with the standout south facing breaks seeing waist high waves, with maybe plus set if you're lucky.

Taking a look at the tides: At 10:37 later this morning it pushes up to a 3.7 high and then drops to a 1.8 low at 3:30 this afternoon. If you must get wet, throw on that 3/2 fullsuit, with the water temp hanging between 60 and 62 degrees.
