Suspicious Stalker Returns
SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, drunken pedestrians in traffic, a citizen finds two marijuana plants and unknown vandals destroy a business's sign.

At 9:04 a.m. Sunday Dec. 8, a concerned caller reported a suspicious person in the 0 block of Camino Lozano. A 20-30-year-old man was loitering around the caller’s house. The suspicious man has been coming to the caller’s house since Thanksgiving, and deputies had cautioned the caller to report the man if he ever came back. Deputies arrived to calm the situation.

At 6:34 p.m. Sunday Dec. 8, someone reported a group of drunken pedestrians near the cross streets of North El Camino Real and Avenida Pico. One of the drunk individuals was in a wheelchair in the middle of traffic lanes.
At 3:20 p.m. Monday Dec. 9, deputies received a call about a suspicious circumstance in the 3000 block of Eminencia Del Norte. The caller said he found two marijuana plants growing near a sidewalk.
At 11:54 a.m. Tuesday Dec. 10, someone reported vandalism in the 3200 block of El Camino Real. A group of unknown people had climbed the roof of a local business and spray-painted the sign.
