UCI Physics Professor Michael Dennin will present an episode of the most watched science TV series in the history of television - "Cosmos: A Personal Voyage". The episode entitled "The Lives of the Stars" deals with how stars are the building blocks of life on Earth and Dr. Dennin will follow the screening with a discussion about the physics of stars and an open forum. If you have questions on how you are made of star stuff, get your answers on February 8th at the Regency Theater in SJC at 7 p.m.
Dr. Dennin recently won the Education-Portal.com’s OCW People’s Choice Awards for his outstanding coursework.
