Well, I heard that there was beer flowing, music playing and lots of lots of pretty women hanging out at San Juan's favorite watering hole, The Swallows, last night as the Fiesta Association held their annual Fiesta Grande. My dad entered the Best Existing Beard contest and guess what?  HE WON!!! Way to go, Dad...woof, woof! I won't be riding in a carriage in the Parade this Saturday, but I wanted to say that I hope everyone has a great time enjoying what San Juan does best--throw a great party!!!!!!! Hope to see you around town soon. HAPPY TRAILS SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO! Deputy Dog Gus

Forty-one dealers display the best in rocks, minerals, and jewelry. A Silent Auction every half hour featuring slabs, opals, crystals and lapidary equipment. Faceting and rock polishing demonstrations, celebrities, and hundreds of door prizes given away over the two-day event. Free entry, free parking, and free children’s activities.
