Reports that the housing market has had up to a 20% increase in values recently is not all that it is cracked up to be say some experts, even in the hottest markets! Well burst my bubble again! This news comes from the analysis of the housing index on recent sales both new construction and resale, and these guys are looking at what is going on with new home building...two different markets filling the same need, so as we are all stuck in traffic in San Juan Capistrano and watch as truck after truck goes by to create infastructure to the RANCH projects we can say we will know first hand the difference of resale of older homes vs the newly constructed sales.
