Mission Hospital Valiant Women Present Educational Event

"From Broccoli to Zion" on January 21 at 5:30 p.m. explores how to rewire your brain with gratitude and positive thinking.

Mission Hospital Valiant Women will kick off the New Year with an educational event entitled β€œFrom Broccoli to Zion” featuring Dr. Shelly Zavala on Wednesday, January 21 at 5:30 p.m. at Marbella Country Club.

Dr. Shelly Zavala, MFT will explore the world of interpersonal neurobiology/neuropsychology and how a focus on mindfulness, relationships and the greater good, promotes health and happiness. Dr. Zavala will teach you how to rewire your brain with gratitude and positive thinking.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with appetizers and a hosted bar, followed by Dr. Zavala’s session. Valiant Women members pay $30 per person and non-members pay $40 per person.
