All lanes were temporarily closed, with the westbound lane reopened by 4:45 p.m. and the eastbound side about 20 minutes later.Orange County Fire Authority paramedics took one patient with serious injuries to an area hospital, OCFA Capt. UPDATED: The collision has shut down Ortega about a mile east of Antonio Parkway. Both directions are now open.
