Real Orange County Mess for San Juan Capistrano Shooting Suspect

Real House Wives of Orange County son, Josh Waring, still awaiting arraignment on $1 million bail--to be held July 15.

Though Joshua Michael Waring, the 27-year-old San Juan Capistrano Resident accused of shooting a man and evading police in Costa Mesa finally made it to court today, his arraignment was rescheduled for next month.

In a case worthy of the "Real Housewives of Orange County" drama--yesterday, Waring refused to come out of his cell to attend his arraignment on three counts of attempted murder--now the court proceedings are set for July 15.

Waring is currently being held in lieu of $1 million bail. When he returns for the arraignment, he will be facing sentence enhancing allegations for inflicting great bodily injury and for the personal use of a firearm.
