Robber Gets Away With Loot From Dana Point Bank
Armed with a note saying he was armed with a gun, a man robbed the California Bank and Trust branch on Camino Del Avion today.
A California Bank and Trust branch was robbed in Dana Point today.
The robbery at 24034 Camino Del Avion happened about 1:45 p.m., according to Orange County sheriff’s Lt. Jeff Hallock.
The suspect handed a teller a note saying he had a handgun, Hallock said. He was last seen running from the bank with the stolen loot, Hallock said.

The suspect is a white man in his 60s, who stands about 5 feet 8 inches, weighs about 180 pounds and has gray hair, Hallock said.
He was wearing a hat and sunglasses during the stickup, the lieutenant said.
