Should CUSD Spend $26 million for Solar Energy Projects?

Solar Energy Projects which would save the District $100,000 to $200,000 per year totaling $3.7 million over 25 years.

Approving this Resolution will give CUSD Deputy Superintendent of Business and Support Services; Clark Hampton, unilateral authority to negotiate agreements… last time this type of authority was granted Clark Hampton he Gifted the Ranch $13 million by paying the Ranch $2.4 million per acre for the Esencia K-8 school site. Clark thought it was a good idea to value the land as if it had 100 homes on it!
