6 Months From Planting To Harvest: Photo Of The Day
A cool spring and start to summer meant a long growing cycle for some garden plants this year.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — Even a Master Gardener has struggled with gardening this summer. Miyo Burnett said that she planted a Big Rainbow tomato plant on March 30. The cool wet spring helped the plant grow nice and big with plentiful leaves, but no tomatoes. She finally picked her first tomatoes on Thursday along with some Sweet 100 cherry tomatoes.
