SAN LEANDRO, CA — Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found at a San Leandro Waste Management facility on Tuesday morning.
The man's identity was not immediately released. It's unclear how his body ended up there, what part of the facility it was found at or whether they worked at the facility.
Police say they found the man's body around 11:10 a.m. at the facility located at 2615 Davis St.
A cause of death has yet to be determined, according to the San Leandro Police Department. The Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau is conducting an autopsy to learn more.
Police did not say whether the death appeared suspicious at this time.
