NBC's SkyRanger captured aerial footage as a person refused to exit the car until about 20 minutes later, when the suspect finally emerged and appeared to be detained.
   

• I-580 SWAT standoff in San Leandro ends with 2 arrests (ktvu.com) — Westbound I-580 in San Leandro was shut down Thursday after a blue Ford Mustang, tracked by drone for fleeing deputies, drove the wrong way and crashed before a SWAT standoff. Officers boxed in the disabled car, used chemical irritant, and arrested both occupants, who were taken to a hospital for treatment.
