SAN LEANDRO, CA— A 3.2 magnitude earthquake rattled San Leandro at 3:24 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, according to the United States Geological Survey

The quake's epicenter was identified about 1 mile from of San Leandro in Alameda County, according to USGS.
