Post-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup: Photo Of The Day

SAN LEANDRO, CA — A tradition for many home cooks is dropping the bones from the Thanksgiving turkey into the soup pot, and transforming the bone broth into a delicious meal. To her bone broth, Miyo Burnett added celery, onion, baby carrots, marjoram, parsley, corn, rainbow chard leaves, and cubed sweet potato. She serves the soup over cooked noodles.
