If it passes, money from the bonds will be used to invest $15 billion for school infrastructure for preschool, K-12 and colleges in California.

The California Community College system is the largest postsecondary system of education in the world, enrolling approximately 2.1 million students each year. Chabot College in Hayward and Las Positas College in Livermore are operated by the local district.
