Raindrops On Roses, And So Much More! Photos Of The Day

SAN LEANDRO, CA — Most of us are familiar with the song "My Favorite Things" from The Sound of Music. The Oscar Hammerstein II and Richard Rodgers song starts, "Rain drops on roses and whiskers on kittens, Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens, Brown paper packages tied up with strings... These are a few of my favorite things."

San Leandro's Miyo Burnett recreated the first four snippets, from raindrops on her rose bush to warm woolen mittens.
