Daniel Villalobos was last seen about 4 p.m. Wednesday at San Leandro Hospital, 13855 E. 14th St., where he was being treated for mental health, San Leandro police said. Villalobos is described as Hispanic and was last seen wearing a gray baseball hat, white shirt and jeans. Anyone who sees him is asked to call San Leandro police at (510) 577-2740 or a local police department.-- Bay City News
