San Leandro Teen, 2 Others, Arrested For Armed Robbery: Police

Police recovered multiple guns and property stolen in the robbieries, they report.

OAKLAND, CA — Police in Oakland have arrested three juvenile suspects in connection with an armed robbery that occurred earlier this month.

The suspects arrested included a 17-year-old male from San Leandro, a 16-year-old male from Oakland and a 15-year-old male Hayward, according to the Oakland Police Department.

The suspects were arrested on suspicion of crimes related to armed robbery and possession of firearms.

On Oct. 10 at 8:40 p.m., officers responded to the 6800 block of Lion Way on a report of an armed robbery involving three suspects.

Responding officers were able to identify the suspects and later arrest them at two separate locations.
The first location was at a residence in the 600 block of 14th Street in Oakland, and the second location was a motel in Hayward.

Three additional people were also arrested at the locations, but the details of those arrests were not immediately available.

Police recovered three handguns, a rifle, a replica handgun and property from the robbery during the investigation.
