Unlicensed San Leandro Massage Worker Groped Customer: Cops

The customer believed the process was routine and did not object, police said.

SAN LEANDRO, CA -- A 61-year-old Oakland man was arrested for inappropriately groping a female customer at a massage parlor in San Leandro. The alleged sexual battery happened on May 12 at SK Foot Massage, a licensed massage business at 215 Estudillo Avenue, police said.

A woman went into the parlor and paid for a 30-minute body massage and a 30-minute foot massage, police said.

She first received a 30-minute body massage in a private room from a licensed female owner of the business. Police said the parlor owner then asked her brother, who was unlicensed, to give the woman a 30-minute foot
massage.

The customer believed the process was routine and did not object, police said. During the foot massage, the man allegedly became more and more aggressive and touched the woman's breasts and genital area.

Police said the woman tried to end the service but the man tried to escort her back to the massage table. The woman then stood up, dressed and left the room, police said.
