2007, I gave Mats Lindroth, Broker/Principal at Castlewood Real Estate a loan of $ 230,000 to build a house in Los Angeles.
He never paid interest nor principal for 6 years due to my kindness and after I foreclosed on him, he stole all appliances, a/c and heater, fixtures, water heater, etc.,etc.(one week before the sheriff locked him out.) . It costed me $30,000 to replace and reinstall new items.If I were you I would never have anything to do with him.
Trust me, it s all based on the horrible experience I endured with Mats Lindroth and I don t want anyone to go through the 6 year nightmare I went through.
