Local Businesses Host an Appreciation Luncheon for the Area's Nonprofits
"Crash Course" on how nonprofit organizations keep up their marketing/fund raising tasks in the vast world of the internet.
Pasadena Magazine, Arroyo Insurance Services and The Langham Hotel joined forces to host an appreciation luncheon for the area's nonprofit organizations on June 16.
The keynote speaker was Allan Pressel, the founder of CharityFinders and NonprofitSite123, a company that builds websites for nonprofits quickly and affordably. He was given the Volunteer Service Award by President George W. Bush and is co-author of Internet Management for Nonprofits.
Pressel did a presentation on the "30 e-Ssential e-Tips for your nonprofit". It was a quick summary on how to make good use of the internet to work for nonprofit organizations with e-Marketing.
