As of this week, properties are staying on the market an average of 76 days, down from 92 just a week ago. This is another positive sign for the market. The asking price per square foot is standing at $710. Even with the pricing dips, we’re seeing that the San Marino market is anything but cool. It’s Market Action Index score is 39.1, making it a strong seller’s market. This gives more negotiating power to sellers and means that even though we’ve seem some minor price downturns, homes are selling well.
