Get the Edge on College Prep!

San Marino, CA, January 5, 2011—It’s Teen Tech Week at the Crowell Public Library! Teens are invited to take part and boost their tech skills and knowledge with other teens and libraries all across the country in this annual tradition.  Crowell Public Library is observing Teen Tech Week (March 6th -12th) with a special “Get the Edge on College Prep” program. On Monday, March 7th at 7pm in the library’s community room, college-bound high school students will be given the key to several important online tools they’ll need to begin their journey.

Crowell Library can meet your college prep needs with free online practice tests, study guides, and full text exam books for AP and SAT tests—and many other tests you might take in high school. All of these tools can be accessed with the student’s library card–without even having to set foot inside the building! “Get the Edge on College Prep” will also give teens the edge on how to choose the right college, major and career, and where to find the best information on funding college.
