It's time for some yoga!

Always wanted to try yoga or eager to get back to your practice? Yoga is amazing for not only the body but the mind as well. Just a few benefits of a regular yoga practice are reduced stress, improved flexibility and concentration, weight-loss, increased circulation, and relief from insomnia and chronic headaches...just to name a few. Offering at-home yoga classes in the Pasadena/San Marino areas. Sessions can be one-on-one or get a group of friends together for a class! Classes can be modified to fit your level and will be personalized just for you.
I am a 200 HR Certified Yoga Instructor trained in the Vinyasa style of teaching from The Lotus Seed Yoga School in Portland, OR.
