Pasadena comes alive with art in various forms at different locations, whether they be museums or a parking lot. See the paintings of established San Marino artist Elisabeth Johns at Alliance Francaise de Pasadena and grab a bite from a food truck nearby.

This art exhibit is still showing at the Old Mill so you can visit a local landmark while taking in this show of 25 canvas works.
- Chinese Storytime, , Sat. 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Crowell Public Library is proud to present an interactive storytime for speakers of Mandarin Chinese, English, or both. Stories, songs and fingerplays will be conducted in both languages. All ages are welcome, but the program is designed for ages 3-5.
- Organic Edible Gardening, , Sat. (part one of three sessions) 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
The Huntington says: "Learn everything you need to know to start your own organic vegetable garden in this hands-on series led by Erik Knutzen and Kelly Coyne of Homegrown Evolution. Sessions will take place entirely outdoors on The Huntington’s Ranch site and will cover all the basics of planning, planting, composting, soil science, pest control, and harvesting." Members: $120.
