Bobby Jo Valentine in Concert - An Evening of Folk/Pop Music

Join us for a live concert featuring Bobby Jo Valentine, a singer-songwriter whose hopeful, spirit-filled songs and poetic storytelling have earned him a devoted following across the country. Growing out of a strict Baptist upbringing into a larger, more open faith, Bobby writes and performs original music about the everyday spiritual awakenings of an openhearted life. He has performed at The Wild Goose Festival, the international Emerge Conference, and the 2017 General Synod of the United Church of Christ, and has won Song of the Year twice at the West Coast Songwriters Association.

Whether you're a longtime fan or hearing him for the first time, this is an evening of music that asks big questions, challenges easy answers, and moves people closer to love.

We are located just two blocks north of Downtown San Mateo, a five-minute walk from the Caltrain station. Parking is available in the church lot off Catalpa Street and on the surrounding streets, including San Mateo Drive, Tilton Avenue, Ellsworth Avenue, and Catalpa Street.
