First Friday Nights at CuriOdyssey

Join CuriOdyssey for Spooky Science, our October First Friday Night celebration blending Halloween fun, hands-on science, and an early start to Día de los Muertos. Guests can get up close with our Ambassador Animals during Animals in Action, and this season also gives us a chance to celebrate the animals we've loved and miss. We're partnering with Casa Círculo Cultural to begin celebrating Día de los Muertos ahead of its November date, and artist Fernando Escartiz is bringing his vividly painted alebrije sculptures to campus for guests to see up close and photograph before they're gone. Visitors can also explore Fall Into Science, which reveals the real science behind haunted houses, alongside favorites like Puking Pumpkins, a fossil-cleaning experience, a Ghost Scavenger Hunt, and candlelit Story Time, with plenty of food and drinks from local vendors to keep guests fueled throughout the night.
