Boot Camp will meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 to 10:20 am at the CSM Stadium Field.
30-50 minutes of moderately advanced exercises
working at your own pace. Classes will include learning the best functional exercises to improve movement, stabilization, strength, flexibility, and balance. Testing of individuals' capabilities before and after will help show
their progress throughout the program. Equipment will include stability balls, exercise bands, and weights.
This program is a $485 package, which includes your purchase of a stability ball and exercise band. Come join us at the CSM football stadium for a complete outdoor workout.
