This Sunday, September 23, a local hair salon will host a fundraising event that will benefit the USO. The stylists will cut men’s hair, there will be a BBQ and other fun during the event. There will also be a raffle. The event will be 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Elite Hair Design, 2260 Palm Ave, San Mateo.
