Celebrate the 100th birthday of one of America's most influential folksingers, Woody Guthrie, at this family-friendly sing-along at the Dove & Olive Works building in San Mateo (178 South Blvd @ 16th Avenue) on Saturday July 14th at 2pm. Local musical group Folk This will lead the music as we sing many Guthrie favorites and other great folk songs both old and new. There will be snacks and beverages. Donations will be accepted to pay for the musicians and to support the work of the Peninsula Peace and Justice Center.
