Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are urging anyone with information to come forward.

SAN CARLOS, CA — A 72-year-old San Bruno man was arrested Friday after a three-month investigation found he had sexually battered multiple clients during massage therapy sessions at a business in San Carlos, the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office said.

Enli Feng, who has provided massage therapy services at businesses in Millbrae and on El Camino Real in San Carlos, was taken into custody on Friday and booked into Maguire Correctional Facility on charges of sexual battery by fraud, sexual battery and theft by caretaker from an elder adult, police said.

The investigation began in February 2026 after a woman reported unwanted and inappropriate touching by a male massage therapist at a business on the 1100 block of El Camino Real, police said.
