Owners of AcquaPazza Working on New Venture
Rosano brothers remodeling a space in downtown San Carlos, where they will open a new Italian restaurant.
The Rosano brothers are branching out.
The three brothers, owners of downtown San Mateo’s ever-popular on 3rd Avenue, have taken over a prime piece of real estate in downtown San Carlos, where they are busily remodeling the interior in anticipation of an April grand opening.
The new venture will be called Locanda Positano, a modern-looking Italian restaurant featuring “a pizza bar, a full kitchen, and a bar,” said contractor Ruben Leni.

"It's going to be an amazing restaurant," co-owner Enzo Rosano . He cited "wood burning stoves and chefs from Europe" as reasons the new eatery will shine.
